More than coding
With an experience of 18+ years, I have been a proven Tech Lead on several projects. I like to take initiative on the teams I am a part of and I prefer transparency in my work and my communication. I find fundamental the ability to communicate effectively.
My Technical lead experience involved training junior developers of the entire system functionality, code setup and reviewing code changes. We made SCRUM sessions on a daily basis and we were delighted how pair programming worked for difficult problems.
Active listening, Analysis, Research, Asking questions, Creativity (loads of it), Team building and Decision making, are a few of the skills that I use in any project. Nevertheless I always seek wisdom and I am always open to try and learn new things. Always.
